Here at the Maltings Dental Practice we believe that we should deal with emergencies as quickly as possible. In a large practice we are able to deal with emergencies promptly. For a fast response please try and contact us as early in the day as possible.
Our first priority is with our Ivory Care and regular attending patients but we may also be able to see other patients on a casual basis.
During office hours our pledge is to see anyone who calls before 9.30am that same day. As long as you are available for attendance at our times we pledge to see all patients within a 24 hour period. During the weekend and out of hours we hand the emergencies over to the PCT out of hour’s service.
