BDS Liverpool, Eng, 2018, GDC 277243

Mary originates from Cheshire. Following her undergraduate studies in Human Physiology at the University of Leeds in 2014, she later pursued graduate entry dentistry at the University of Liverpool, earning her qualification in 2018.

After her DFT year at the Maltings Dental Practice, Mary now works here full-time, five days a week. While this marks her first year as an Educational Supervisor, she has actively supported previous FD's for the past two years and will be co-training with Peter Butcher.

Mary completes all aspects of routine dentistry within the NHS and has pursued further education in composite bonding and indirect restorations at Kings College London. Beyond her clinical duties, she has previously volunteered at the local community dental clinic and has served on the Lincolnshire Dental Committee to discuss current dental political issues. Additionally, she serves as a Mental Health Advocate, offering support to her colleagues within the practice.

Mary aims to provide a relaxed and comforting atmosphere for her patients and extends extra care to those with dental anxiety. She finds joy in all clinical aspects of dentistry, with a particular passion for pediatric dentistry.

Outside of her professional life, Mary maintains an active lifestyle by taking her black Labrador, Harley, for walks in the countryside. She also indulges in her passion for floristry. Currently, she's busy renovating her home with her husband, often spending weekends in dungarees tackling DIY projects or gardening.
